According to the real estate charge of offical commission standards,our agency gives the explaination of charge for our services about rent and sell apartment as fellows:
1 If the apartment you want to rent is high grade apartment \ villa\old house \office ,we would not charge the tenant;landlord will pay the commission by the ad budget ,this would not influnce the rental price.
2 If you choose to rent service apartment,you could obtain more lower rental ,and the landlord will pay the commission by the ad budget.
3 If you want to rent a ordinary apartment or you rent term is short ,you need to pay 35% per month of rental as our commission.
